Casa Pineta - Access to the house is by some steps up to the dining room. To the left is the large living room with old open fireplace. From there to the right the spacious kitchen with additional dining space and pantry. The kitchen is equipped with a 3 ring gas stove + 1 electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc. etc.

To the left 4 steps lead up to bedroom no. 1, a cosy small suite with a queen size  double bed and large en suite bathroom (shower/toilet).  with a washing machine.  On ground level is bedroom no. 2 with 3 single beds and en suite bathroom (shower/toilet.).  Also on the ground level is bedroom n. 3, the largest one, with 2 large single beds as a double as well as a small queen size bed. Here the  private en suite bathroom has a  Jacuzzi tub with integrated shower and washroom.

Passing the dining room straight ahead you enter into a small reception area with a corner fireplace. To the right some steps down is the spacious bedroom no. 4 with very large double bed as well as a single sofa bed. There is of course also a private en suite bathroom with shower/wc. From this room one may access directly to the roof terrace.

Straight ahead from the reception area again some steps lead down to the  small summer kitchen. Its large glass window doors open completely to the stunning roof terrace that towers  like an eagles nest overlooking in an 180° angle valley and swimming pool area.

Directly in front of the house lies the large sun terrace with a spacious covered patio for alfresco dining. A linden tree provides the shade and small lemon and orange trees provide the typical Mediterranean flair.

Terrace and loggia are very well equipped with garden furniture as well as a barbeque grill.  Also here is a magnificent – almost 300° view - onto the garden and pool area.
 

Casa Pineta was renovated some years ago but intentionally the typical Tuscan  structure of old oak beam ceilings and terracotta floors remained untouched.  All rooms are hand-painted in the  typical warm colours of Tuscany: shades of yellow, red and green.  Almost 300 years old is the open fireplace as well as door and window frame of local grey sandstone.

This house may be even enlarged by integrating the small studio Casa Il Rifugio (sleeping 3 pers.) or the joining apartment Casa La Bellavista (sleeping max 4 pers.)
