Directions: Reach Corniglia and visit Cinque Terre by car is hard because roads are old and tight, and it's very difficult to find a parking. Therefore, in our opinion, the best way to visit the villages of Cinque Terre is by train.

Corniglia is the smallest of the five Cinque Terre villages, in the dead centre of the national park, and with some of the most evocative trails anywhere in Liguria. The village clings to a high cliff 90m above the sea, and its only access to the water (and the train station) is via a long flight of steps. Floral-decorated squares fill the village, and the little Gothic church of San Pietro boasts an exquisite marble rose window.
On the southern side of the village's rocky promontory is the Spiaggone di Corniglia , a narrow stretch of pebbles that has relatively easy access from the footpath towards Manarola.
The B&B Corniglia, with 5 independent apartments, is located in a house on one of Corniglia's main streets allowing guests to feel right at home in the historic old building.
All 5 apartments are self-catering and though not particularly large, they are clean and comfortably furnished.
