The extraordinary Villa La Cortine, immersed in the rolling hill country near Barberino Val D'Elsa, owes its name to the 11th century Castle Castrum of Cortine upon which the villa property now stands, incorporating many of the castles architectural features.

This luxury Villa is one of our most spacious and charming villas.  It has high ceilings, a "great hall" with fireplace, a TV lounge, a majestic dining room with its own fireplace and a fully-equipped professional kitchen where you can cook up a storm yourself or where our professional chef can prepare your meals.

The villa interior is also beautifully furnished and extremely well-appointed, featuring an array of entertainment equipment and a grand piano for those who love to tickle the ivories.  Outside, there is a large garden tucked inside a nicely manicured garden.

On the main floor, just past the TV lounge, with views of the garden and a separate exit to pool area there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom - a particularly good bedroom for those who might not be able to ascend the stairs to the second floor.

Upstairs from the grand hall you will find two double bedrooms each with bath, two single bedrooms each equipped with two single beds and another bathroom. There is also a narrow terrace with beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside which runs almost the entire length of the Villa and is accessible from two of the bedrooms.
