The Trullo del Melograno is part of an estate that includes the Trullo del Castaldo and the Villa Rosa. Each property offers a different combination of bedrooms and other amenities. The properties can be rented separately or together.
“Trullo del Castaldo” is a real trullo of the XVIII century, a unique example of spontaneous architecture realized in local stone and situated in the suggestive “Itria Valley” of Apulia, better known as the Trulli valley or “Trullishire”. Equipped with all comfort, the trullo consists of 2 different and adjacent groups of trullos that you can rent separately or together. First group has 4 bedrooms. One of them with private bathrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (two of them with triple bed) and heated by radiators.
Moreover, the Trullo del Castaldo has 2 other bathrooms, a peasant living-room with open fireplace, a lunch room, 1 kitchen with accessories, a firewood oven and barbecue. All the rooms are equipped with TV and satellite system. The second group, named Trullo del Melograno, consists of bedroom with bathroom, outside kitchen, garden with table, gazebo and barbecue.
