Location
This small and pretty hotel is located about 300 metres from Mestre train station, on the Marghera side, in a quiet residential area with tall trees running along the street. Marco Polo airport is 18 km away and Venice Island is a journey of less then 10 minutes, by train.Rooms
The newly refurbished rooms are tastefully decorated in a simple traditional style, they are in excellent condition as well as the bathrooms, and are equipped with all the modern facilities such as satellite TV, minibar, air-conditioning.
Restaurant
There is a small breakfast room, on the ground floor, full of light and simply furnished.
Exterior
This is an old villa recently restored.
Lobby
There is no lobby but only a small reception area with a red carpet that leads up the stairs to the other floors.
