This elegant flat, recently
renovated has a
picturesque view on the Rio
di San - Vio a few minutes
walk from the Accademia
Bridge.
Situated on the second floor
of the building it is
composed of a bright and
cosy living room, a well
equipped kitchen and a
bathroom. There are two
nicely furnished bedrooms, a
bathroom with tub and a
closet.
The real surprise is the "altana",
a wood terrace typical of
the old Venetian houses,
right in the middle of the
roof from where you will
enjoy the view of Venice
from every angle.

The flat is situated in the
most interesting, from an
artistic point of view, part
of Venice very close to the
vaporetto stop of Accademia.
Here you will find the Peggy
Guggenheim Collection, the
famous Galleria
dell'Accademia and a number
of private Art galleries
because this sestriere
(that's how Venetians
quarters are called) has
always been the home of
painters and various
artists.
On a sunny day it will be a
marvellous experience to go
walking down the Zattere
along the Canale of Giudecca
where you can find a lot of
typical little restaurants
for a quick lunch in the sun
or enjoy an icecream sitting
in a "caffè" on the water
front and at the same time
look at the Chiesa del
Redentore built by Palladio.
Going on walking along the
water front you will reach
the famous Chiesa della
Salute with its famous
paintings of the Old
Masters. Then you can take a
gondola (traghetto) cross
the Grand Canal and reach
San Marco Square in a few
minutes.
