The Magnolia mini-apartment is on the ground floor of the old "Casa della Pila".  It measures just under 50 square metres and consists of a living room with a kitchen corner, a bedroom, a small storage area and bathroom.

In the living room there is a table for four, a beautiful fireplace, and a two-seater sofa that can easily be opened up into a single bed (80x190 cm).  The apartment has a TV socket connected up with the central antenna but does not have a telephone line (long term tenants may ask the telephone company to install a line in their own name).

The apartment has its own natural gas boiler for heating and hot water and air conditioning with internal and external units. It has its own gas and electricity meters.  The kitchen corner, with cabinets on one wall of the living room, has a hob with 4 gas elements, a sink, a refrigerator and dishes and pans for 6 people.

The bedroom has two beds which may be put together to make a double bed (170x200 cm) or be kept separate as twin beds (85x200 cm each). The other bedroom furnishings are two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a dressing table.  We can add a child’s camp cot (60x120 cm) with protective mesh.

The bathroom has a cabinet with a built-in sink, toilet, bidet, shower stall, a towel warmer and a Whirlpool washing machine.  It is also provided with an hair-dryer.  In the small storage area are a wardrobe, drawers and a broom storage space. It has cleaning equipment, including a vacuum cleaner.

The apartment has a private patio measuring about 25 square metres, facing southwest, with a wicker pergola offering shelter from the summer sun. The patio overlooks a large yard where you can park your car. It’s only three steps from the yard to the patio, another three from the patio into the house.

The Magnolia apartment has a door into the Pioppo apartment, which can be opened up if the same group rents both, in order to be a unit for 4 to 7 people.
