Santo Stefano is
connected to Villa di
Santo and offers its
support and guidance for
those so inclined.

floors, the property is
enriched with superb
views of the rolling
hillside, a lovely
private garden and a
refreshing pool (open
from May 1 to September
30). For relaxing with a
good book or dining
outside Al Fresco, there
is a large patio
equipped with table and
chairs. Nearby is the
village of Monteroni
d'Arbia offering a
variety of shops,
markets, banks,
restaurants and cafes.
The ground floor of
Villa Santo offers a
comfortable living room
with TV and a half-bath
with washing machine.
The well equipped
kitchen includes an
oven, stove,
fridge/freezer,
dishwasher and
traditional Italian wood
oven. There is also a
room with a French bed
and ensuite bathroom
with shower. The first
floor is comprised of
six pleasant bedrooms,
three queen beds and
three with twin beds.
For sharing there are
three bathrooms with
shower. The second
floor, or attic, has a
single bed and an
ensuite bathroom with
tub. Rental prices
include a final
cleaning, a baby cot and
babysitting services.
Chef services are
available upon request
and there is an
additional cleaning fee
of 50 Euros for pets.
