The Agriturismo La Sala is located near Greve, the principal town in the Chianti wine district.  It is well suited to couples looking for an economical and comfortable place to stay while exploring the area, and as a base for excursions to Florence, Siena and other famous Tuscan "art cities".

The house is reached by a narrow and winding road that covers one's shoes with the summer's dust.  The old grange, the columns of the pergola, the Siena coloured shingles of the roof are in perfect harmony with the surrounding hills and mountains of the Chianti.

Spending your holidays as guests of Sandro and Carla, you learn to appreciate the gentle passing of time in a setting where beauty and simplicity are one.

At 800 m from the house there is a restaurant with typical Tuscan cooking.

The Agriturismo has 3 comfortably furnished apartments each nicely decorated in the Tuscan style.  These units are not air conditioned, but the houses have thick stone walls and remain cool in the summer.
