Ideal for a couple with a child, this is no-nonsense, reasonably priced, seaside accommodation at its best. The beautiful view over the blue Ionic Sea to Taormina, and the short walk just over the road to the pebble beach, are simply an added bonus. This modern ground floor apartment is in a block of four with the owners living above. It is bright and airy.

Location
A short drive to the charming towns of Riposto and Giarre will provide all the essentials of shops, bank, chemist etc. Almost half way between Catania and Taormina, with spectacular Mount Etna to the rear, the property fronts a main road, so the traffic can be noisy at times. Guests and owner share the iron gated driveway and private underground garage. A delightful furnished terrace, with barbecue, precedes one entrance.

Layout
Wide French doors into a comfortable sitting/dining room with main front door. From the living area a corridor, then to the left, a kitchen with double sink unit, oven, hob and fridge/freezer. To the quiet rear of the house is one single bedded room and one double bedded room, each of these bedrooms have French doors out to a balcony overlooking vineyards and fruit orchards. One bathroom with bath, shower, WC etc. There is a final cleaning charge of 30 Euros, payable locally.
