At the end of the village of
Sant’Alfio and by the road
leading out of it is Casa
Perla, which has been
transformed into two
tasteful apartments. A
sloping ramp and a few steps
lead to the lower apartment,
while the other is on the
first floor, reached by
outside steps. Each has its
own terrace and garden area
and the panoramas over the
fruit orchards finish at the
sea.
Location
The village centre is within
a short walk, with shops for
all your needs. There are
excellent coastal bus
services to all the major
attractions and cultural
towns and it is 35
kilometres from Catania, the
provincial capital.
Layout
Outside steps lead to a
furnished terrace and the
entrance that is into a
kitchen/diner with cooking
hob, oven and fridge. One
double-bedded room and a
shower room with WC etc. The
steps down to the garden
area for this house are
irregular and care should be
taken. A final cleaning
charge of Euro 25.00 is
payable locally. The
