The beautiful and very elegant Palazzo Senape de Pace, located in Gallipoli's old town, close to the "Purità" beach, was built between the sixteenth and the seventeenth century by the Romito family. It was bought by Stanislao and Gregorio de Pace and come to the Senape family afterwards the wedding between Domenico Senape and Teresa de Pace, Stanislao's daughter and niece of Antonietta de Pace, heroine of the Italian Risorgimento and Gregorio's daughter.
The stable and the management are located on the ground floor.
The first floor, reserved to the family, is decorated with religious and naturalistic frescoes and paintings, attributed to the painters Nicolò and Carlo Malinconico. The beautiful frames of the doors and the inner loggia are also remarkable.
On the second floor with independent entrance and lift there are the guest quarters; the well-furnished rooms are equipped with air conditioning, fridge, private bathrooms, TV. They overlook the picturesque alleys of the old town or big lightly terraces.
The view of Gallipoli's gulf and old town with its churches and buildings is particularly charming by the highest terrace, where breakfast is served.

The five rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, TV, fridge, private bathrooms and overlook the picturesque alleys of the old town or big lightly terraces. The breakfast room is located on a terrace with a panoramic view.
Near the B&B there is the "Purità beach" marked by the two old bastions San Giorgio and San Francesco walls, where it is possible to bathe into the wonderful water of the Ionian Sea.
