Il Nido di Lucy is a lovely apartment full of character set in the heart of the beautiful old town of Polignano a Mare, just a few steps away from the famous Piazza San Benedetto and the world renowned Grotta Palazzesi.

The apartment has been loving restored and is comprised of of two floors. On the first floor you will find a light filled airy lounge with splendid exposed stone vaulted ceilings and a balcony window. The kitchen leads off from here, which also has it's own balcony window and a view of the small plant filled street below.

Next to the kitchen is the bathroom, housed in what used to be the chimney of a large old bread oven. There is a separate shower room upstairs. You will also find on this floor the master bedroom again with impressive exposed stone ceilings, ample wardrobes and a balcony window.

Leading from the lounge is a set of stairs that take you to the second floor, where you will find a separate shower room and a small lounge which leads on to the terrace. The terrace is partly shaded for alfresco dining during the summer.  Off the terrace you will also find a small outside sink and a washing machine.  From here you can enjoy magnificent views of the heart of Polignano and Grotta Palazzesi and also a glimpse of the sea, just behind.

This romantic yet modern apartment is suited for a couples or families with young children.

Rental conditions and tariffs
Balance is due by bank transfer the total amount before your arrival. Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) eur 250.  Finally cleanings eur 60.  Arrival time is in the afternoon between 16 and 21 (except different conditions).

Please advise us about your departure time (please not later than 10am).  Bed linen and bath towels are normally NOT included. You should rent them from eur 10 per  person.  Electricity billed by use eur 0,30 kwh.  Pots and tableware's are already in each accommodations.  Heating (if used) is billed separately. Normally is eur 35 per week.
