The Casa Il Soltano is a wonderful apartment in the historical centre of Polignano A Mare, 20 meters away from the Cathedral and from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II.  It is a short 200 meter walk to the sea.

The house has been fully renovated but preserves the typical Pulian tufa archways. The apartment has value finishing in the Puglian style, floor are of white chianca, and doors are original.

The original building of 18th century, was enriched by neoclassical style furnitures and household appliances of new generation: TV sat, hi-fi with ipod station and DVD player.

The apartment is comprised of a big living room with table and relax area with double sofa bed. The kitchen has fridge, stove, dishwasher and an electric oven.

The master bedroom is comprised of a double bed and a heartwood wardrobe. The bathroom has a huge shower.

The external terrace area will be on your disposal to have romantic dinners or to enjoy Polignano a Mare’s historical centre.

Sottano is livable in every season, in summer time tufa stones will assure fresh air in the house while during the  winter central heating warms the house.

Balance is due by bank transfer the total amount before your arrival. Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) eur 250.  Finally cleanings eur 60.  Arrival time is in the afternoon between 16 and 21 (except different conditions).

Please advise us about your departure time (please not later than 10am).  Bed linen and bath towels are normally NOT included. You should rent them from eur 10 per  person.  Electricity billed by use eur 0,30 kwh.  Pots and tableware's are already in each accommodations.  Heating (if used) is billed separately. Normally is eur 35 per week.
