The Villa, the main buildings of which were built in the 1700s, is the fully restored family home of one of the Marche's most illustrious families, the Priori, who still own it today.
It is situated close to the Marche - Abruzzo boundary, a short drive from the Adriatic beach town of San Benedetto del Tronto on at Stella di Monsampolo. The National Parks of the Monti Sibillini, Monti della Laga and Gran Sasso D'Italia are all close by.
The private and public rooms of Villa dei Priori have been tastefully refurnished with "old world" style. The interior features oak beams, timbered ceilings and tiled, terra cotta floors. The restaurant, featuring home-cooking of the Marche style using local produce and products. It has been constructed in the old wine cellar and pantries and has vaulted ceilings.
The main campus of buildings is surrounded by an extensive garden and park, shaded by old pine trees, offering guests a genuine sense of tranquility and relaxation.
