Located in the
smooth, rolling
hills of Marche
between the
ancient town of
Fermo and the
village of
Lapedona, this
50 hectare farm
lies only 4 Km
from the sea,
and enjoys a
beautiful
panoramic view
of the green
hills and the
Adriatic Sea.
The farm boasts
gorgeous fruit
orchards and
vineyards, and
there are also
horses and
poultry barns.
The farm
features 4
self-catering
apartments with
2 to 3 bedrooms
each which can
accommodate
between 4 and 6
people. Each
apartment has a
separate
entrance.
Kitchens are
fully equipped
and lounges and
bedrooms are
well appointed.
The vineyards produce grapes (Sangiovese and Montepulciano) that
transformed by
the owners into
the DOC rated
Rosso Piceno
wine.
Recently, the
owners have
planted vines to
grow grapes to
produce Merlot
and Cabernet
Sauvignon.
Recently, the
owners have
restored an old
barn to store
barrels of wine
in a properly
controlled
atmosphere.
In the Farm our guests will have the opportunity of tasting our
traditional
local products
with their
genuine flavours
and fragrances:

our extra virgin
biological
certified olive
oil and fruit
and will sip the
excellent wine
produced and
mellowed in the
barriques of our
cellar. In the
