La Ginestra is a splendid example of reconstruction of rural architecture, harmoniously inserted in green countryside overlooking a majestic, natural landscape reaching from the snow of Monti Sibillini to the Adriatic sea. There is a small hotel and set away from it, a terrace of six lovely houses, one of which is on offer here, and further houses by the tennis court. The hotel has a restaurant where guests in the house may have a one-course lunch or a 3-course evening meal that costs around Euro 25.00, and cooked with luscious, fresh products. The atmosphere is friendly and the service prompt and efficient.

Location
Closer to the hotel than the house is a swimming pool, table tennis and four tennis courts. In the grounds between the hotel and the houses is a children’s play area and mini-golf. The immaculate grounds are extremely spacious and there are some nice walks. The accommodations are very well and comfortably furnished and each house has a garage and an al fresco dining area. The vistas are stunning and the location ideal. Just 30 minutes by car is the coast of the Riviera delle Palme and the Monti Sibillini, giving tourists the possibility to undertake cultural trips to discover ancient civilizations and art treasures. Within very easy reach are Macerata for shopping and an open-air opera festival in the arena, Fermo with a concert festival, and Ascoli Piceno and S. Elpidio a Mare with their folkloristic events.

Layout
Casa Ginestra Sleeps 2/6. The entrance is into a tastefully furnished sitting/dining room with a double, convertible sofa bed and open fireplace. A divider separates the kitchen area that has a small cooking hob and fridge. On the first floor are one double and one twin bedded room, each with en suite shower room, WC etc.
