It has been skillfully renovated and is spacious with accommodation over three floors. Both the furnishings inside and outside are superb, very comfortable and each room has a terrific view. A 10 x 5 metre swimming pool can be found in the grounds.

Location
Across the valley, the small town of Santa Vittoria can be seen and is a ten kilometer drive away. Porto San Giorgio on the coast is reached by road in just over half an hour. Throughout the zone are rural, un-touristy villages and towns with medieval histories. The National Park of the Gran Sasso offers amazing walking excursions where not only are the vistas exciting, but lends the opportunity to sight flowers, animals and birds in their natural environment.

From a very well furnished, covered terrace, entrance is into a spacious sitting room with open fireplace and satellite television. The large kitchen/diner has cooking hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and barbecue fire. A cloakroom with WC. Room with single sofa bed. On the first floor is a double-bedded room with doors to a balcony and en suite bathroom having WC etc. Shower room, WC etc. On the second floor are two twin bedded rooms and adjacent shower room with WC etc. The owner does not accept children who are unable to swim at this property.
