Looking over the Aso valley, Casa Patrizia is in an undisturbed location surrounded by hills and mountains crammed with vegetation. The vista is magnificent and the air is clear with only birdsong breaking the silence. Standing alone, the house is tastefully furnished having nice antiques combined with relaxing, modern pieces. The owner sometimes occupies a separate wing of the house. An 11 x 5.5 meter swimming pool looks onto the panorama.

Location
The village of Pedaso on the coast is approximately seven kilometres away for shopping. Also within easy reach is Montefiore dell’Aso perched on a high outcrop overlooking the Aso and Monecchio valleys and whose historical centre retains the original medieval defensive walls. Cupra Marittima with beaches is within ten kilometres and through the countryside there are some truly panoramic drives, amazing medieval towns and villages and plenty of family run restaurants that serve local specialities and cost very little.
