General
Over 500 metres above sea
level, this typically old
farm building has been
restructured and renovated
to make five spacious
holiday apartments. It is in
an outstanding situation
with views over fields and
hills in a display of
colours resembling a
patchwork quilt; vineyards
making way for farmland with
crops, wooded areas and all
spread over undulating
hills. Each apartment has
its own entrance and
furnished outside al fresco
area. A 6 x 12 metre
swimming pool has been
completed in the grounds in
front of the vista. By the
pool are a laundry room with
washing machine, and a
changing room. The
apartments have been
attractively decorated and
colour co-ordinated.
Location
Hilltop Arcevia
is four kilometres distant
and has shops for all
requirements. The sandy
beaches of Senigallia,
birthplace of Pope Pius 1X,
are within a half hour
drive. Straddling the Misa
River, its history can be
traced back to the 4th
century BC, it has some very
historical and interesting
buildings, and a famous
market that originated in
the 13th century. In the
triangle between Senigallia,
Ancona and Arcevia is
fascinating country.
