The Grand Hotel
Victoria
of Menaggio is a 4
star hotel featuring old-world charm and
attention to detail, situated on the lake front
of beautiful Menaggio on Lake Como.
Many of the rooms
and suites offer a view of Lake Como and of the
enchanting villages of Bellagio and Varenna,
others allow you to admire the private garden
and the hotel swimming pool, in the frame of the
surrounding mountains.
The rooms and suites are impeccably furnished
and feature a wide array of amenities and all
rooms have
telephone with outside line, satellite tv, bar
and air-conditioning. Some suites have
Jacuzzi baths.
The restaurant "Le
Tout Paris" offers our guests the
possibility of trying Lake specialities and
regional dishes and the more elaborate
international recipies. Our dishes can be tasted
on terrace while admiring the enchanting views
of Lake Como and Bellagio. On summer evenings,
the small orchestra, which plays in the
restaurant's garden, increases the magic of a
superb dinner and exalts even more the beauty of
the area.
The Grand Hotel Victoria has a large open air
swimming pool situated in a peaceful, green
corner of the garden. There is a private car
park in the hotel grounds and there is also the
possibility of a private car park. Today
windsurfing and water-skiing has taken the place
of the antique rowing regattas, but in the
Grand Hotel Victoria the atmosphere of one
hundred years ago still reigns, thanks to a well
looked after restoration which has faithfully
kept it's style.
Nearby is the
"Menaggio and Cadenabbia" Golf Club", an 18 hole
course that is one of the most antique in
Europe. The hotel can also assist guests
who wish to water ski, rent a sail boat or
elegant motorboat.
