Parking in the Neapolitan
Riviera can be extremely
difficult on and around the
following periods: Easter, 25th
April, 1st May, July, August,
Christmas and New Year.
If you intend travelling during
these periods to a property
which mentions roadside parking
then we highly recommend using a
limousine service on the arrival
and departure days (see below).
During your stay we recommend
you use the public transport
system which is cheap and
efficient. Public transport is
also recommended during your
stay even if your property has
off road parking.
If you are booking one of our
properties close to Amalfi (Il
Vicolo, Il Reale, La Finestra,
Apt Amalfitano) you can use a
local garage at a cost of
between Euro 18 and Euro 20 per
day plus a charge of Euro 3 each
time you enter or exit the
centre of Amalfi. We therefore
strongly recommend the limousine
and public transport option in
this case. |

General
In a lovely high setting,
surrounded by lemon and
olive groves, this top-floor
apartment has balconies cum
terraces from which to enjoy
the stunning views over
wooded hillscapes to the
islands of Capri and more
distant Ischia. The town
centre of Massalubrense is
just 2 kilometers away where
banks, shops and chemists
are located. Trying some of
the hundreds of colourful
fish restaurants, that dot
the peninsula’s rugged
coastline, are a must as is
a visit to Sorrento, whose
praises have been sung from
the times of Homer to the
Romantic writers and poets
of the 19th century.
Location
From the Piazza San
Francesco there is a narrow
250 metre-long road, past a
bar/restaurant/pizzeria,
that leads to this 3 floor
house. Free public parking
is available every day at
the piazza, except Fridays
when there is a small
market, and the owner will
meet clients on arrival and
walk them to the house where
there is further parking of
which they may wish to avail
themselves. Luggage
porterage to/from the piazza
is included on arrival and
departure.

Entrance via electric gates
into a parking area and
steps up to the first floor
(where the owner lives).
Through a gate and 15 steps
up to a laundry with washing
machine. Forty-eight steps
up to a furnished al fresco
dining terrace and the main
entrance.
Hallway into a delightfully
airy, double-aspect,
sitting/dining room with
doors out to two balconies.
Through sliding doors into a
spacious kitchen with
breakfast table and chairs,
double sink unit, 4 gas ring
hob, electric oven and
fridge/freezer. Bathroom
with towel rail, WC etc. One
twin or double bedded room
with doors out to a balcony.
One master double bedded
room with immaculate
en-suite shower room, WC
etc.
