Villa San Nicola is situated in Ravello. It’s a short drive or a very panoramic, ten to fifteen minute walk to the center of town about 500 meters away.

The villa is immersed in the green of the mountains, the gardens that surround the property, the blue of the sea below, the sky and the large and private pool (20X5 mt)
The access to the villa is along a private road leading to the parking area, which can accommodate 3 or 4 cars.

The views are wonderful. Guests look out on the entire Amalfi Coast and the Bay of Salerno in the front and a green chain of mountains behind.

The Villa is on two levels. The entrance is though a large covered patio furnished with sofas and tables.

The first floor entrance leads to the large living area with sofas and TV that open to the dining room and a sitting room with a chimney;
On the first floor there is also a small but well equipped kitchen with exit on a very large terrace with an outdoor owen; and bathroom with shower and washing machine

The internal stairs lead to the second floor where 3 bedrooms have access to a large panoramic terrace with views of the sea and the mountains.

The second floor is made up of:

• A bedroom with a double bed overlooking on the terrace with sea view
• A bedroom with a double bed overlooking on the terrace with sea view
• A bedroom with a pullout bed overlooking on the terrace with sea view
• A bedroom with double bed with a window
• A large bathroom with a bath tub and a shower

From the second level there is access to a separate large annex guest-house with a double bedroom with large windows overlooking the sea and a bathroom with a bath tub.

Two double bedrooms can be converted into twins.

The villa is furnished with ancient (antique, maybe instead of ancient) furniture and paintings; the flooring is made of hand-painted ceramic tiles. It can be used year-round and is fitted with central heating. A cleaning service is available.
