Villa Passeggiando is
located in the beautiful
area of Ravello called
Torello. In this old
village, you can still live
old traditions: in fact, by
walking around Torello’s
little streets, you can meet
old peasants coming back
from their farms, wine yards
and lemon yards, typically
dressed and carrying their
heavy wood baskets full of
vegetables, lemons and
flowers. All this gives the
idea of being in an ancient
époque, leading you to
understand the ways of life
in a typical farmer village
in southern Italy.
The apartment is very
spacious, has a very large
garden, and is spread out on
two floors. The first floor
is made up of:
-
a kitchen complete with
fridge, stove top and
oven, plus a big veranda
overlooking the sea;
-
a big dining/living room
with terrace;
-
a bedroom with king size
bed and a bathroom
(shower);
-
an exit to the garden,
which is furnished with
tables, chairs and
umbrellas.
Fifteen steps take you to
the second floor, which is
made up of:
-
a first bedroom with
king size bed and
bathroom (shower), and a
window that overlooks
the sea;
-
a second bedroom with
king size bed and
bathroom (shower), plus
a balcony overlooking
the sea;
-
a third bedroom with
king size bed and
bathroom (shower)
Reaching the apartment is
very easy. Once you park the
car, there are about 50
steps to climb.
You can reach the center of
Ravello by car (5 minutes)
or by climbing about 550
steps. There are, of course,
many steps… but they are
quite characteristic of this
village.
From the apartment you can
also descend about 800 steps
and reach the village of
Minori, where you find a
beach. The closest
center is Ravello. Two
minutes by car (with easy
parking) takes you to a bar
and food store. The
bus stop is located in the
center of Ravello.
