This modern and well furnished Cilento holiday residence is close to the centre of Santa Maria di Castellabate and within walking distance of all the amenities.
The gardens form a lovely green oasis with various palms and tropical plants including banana plants. Many of the plants are in carefully arranged earthenware pots. The garden also includes a gazebo with table and chairs for communal use. There is a large parking area at the back of the property.
Although the building and grounds are close to the main road into Santa Maria, the garden separates the building from the road and all the bedrooms are to the back of the property thereby minimising noise at night time.

The apartment has its own terrace area and is well furnished with all modern facilities including air conditioning. The beaches and sea can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes on foot making this a good location to be both near the sea and all the town facilities. Sea 500 m, town centre 100 m.

Santa Maria di Castellabate is situated on the unspoilt Cilento coast in a National Parkland reserve 50km south of Salerno and the Amalfi coast. Its location means that it is somewhat off the 'tourist' track allowing it to preserve a natural Italian ambiance and yet is within easy reach of tourist attractions. It is ideally situated for those wishing to enjoy a holiday in a coastal region and also have access to places of historic and cultural interest. The medieval village of Castellabate dominates the hillside above Santa Maria and is a UNESCO heritage site reached in a 10 minute drive whilst the neighbouring fishing village of San Marco can be reached in a short drive or walk along the beach. Day excursions offer the opportunity to visits the unspoilt coastline further south to Palinuro or north towards the Amalfi coast.
