The gulf of Nerano is one of the few places along the Amalfi Coast that has easy access to the sea, and Villa Felicità lies inside a residential area that looks straight onto the sea. The villa has undergone a recent renovation that has completely changed its original look, with architectural modifications of high prestige and elegant furnishings of exceptional quality, thus becoming one of the most important villas on the coast.

The floors and bathrooms have all been done with prestigious Vietri ceramics. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, large refridgerator with ice maker and many other accessories.
