Originally believed to be a paper-mill, this recently refurbished villa is perched on the hillside of Atrani, overlooking the fishing village of Atrani and its beach. From its front gate there is a narrow and windy road which leads to the designated car parking area. A 10 minute drive takes you to the town of Ravello or nearest shopping area.

Spread amongst lemon groves and vines, the ten apartments are all on different levels and size. Reached by outside steps all apartments are well furnished, with bathroom or shower room, fully equipped kitchen, most with furnished terrace or balcony with barbecue, sea view. The apartments share a large swimming pool (13.5m x 4.5m), open 03/05 - 31/10, with sunbeds and umbrellas, built on its own terrace, a small bowling green and a laundry room. As there is no telephone in this property, cell phones are available for hire at Euro 10,00 per week & guests will pay only used units on departure. Good car parking facilities are available in the grounds and since this villa is high above sea level, a car is recommended (but for those not used to narrow roads a small car would be preferable!). Distances: Shops, cafés, restaurants, banks etc. in Ravello or Amalfi ( boat and hydrofoil to Capri, Sorrento, Salerno, Napoli and Ischia) at approx. 3 Km, nearest beach in Atrani which can be reached on foot in 15 mins., grocery shop at about 1 Km, Positano 22 Km, Sorrento 35 Km Airports: Naples (Capodichino)65km, Rome (Fiumicino) 320km.

Arrival/departure Saturdays, pets not allowed, parking in the area, gas/water/electricity inc, heating €50 per week, mandatory final cleaning fee between €50-€70 (dependent on size of apartment), security deposit €200 payable in cash only on arrival. English speaking manager on call. €50 late arrival fee (after 8pm)
