Casa Antico Terrazzo is in the historic centre of Praiano, a short walk from the belvedere of Piazza Antico Terrazzo and a few steps from the Church of San Luca Evangelista and can be reached directly from the state road and there is paid-parking close by.  Casa Antico Terrazzo enjoys an excellent panoramic position with splendid views of the Gulf of Salerno.

The interior of Casa Antico Terrazzo has attentively conserved decoration and stucco-work from the last century for who loves tranquility without renouncing to comfort and who surely will appreciate its historic artistic charm.

The Villa consists of a full-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, one bedroom with twin beds, a living area with a double bed-sofa, color TV and 2 bathrooms with showers.  The Villa is air-conditioned.

The “orange” bus which connects Praiano to Positano and the beach of the town as well as the bus for Amalfi, Sorrento, Salerno and ferry boats to Capri and Ischia stops a few short steps from the property.

A grocery store, butcher shop and emporium are all a short distance away as well as are ATM services, first aid station, restaurants, bars and other services.
