This lovely peaceful San Marco Residence lies close to the centre of the picturesque fishing village of San Marco di Castellabate, with its small Piazza and church and its small assortment of shops, restaurants and Gellateria.

The long sandy Pozzillo beach extends up to Santa Maria, and can be reached o foot or in a couple of minutes in a car. From June to September there are sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach for the guests of this Residence.

The property consists of 5 pretty and generously designed self catering apartments on two sides of a lovely swimming pool (12 m x 5 m) and within a very lovingly cultivated garden full of palm type plants mostly in large pots.

This property is suitable especially for guests who like to live centrally, in peace and quiet and in nice surroundings and would like to arrange their holiday itinerary predominantly themselves.

There are two apartments:

• Maisonette style - 2-4 persons
  Maisonette, ground floor or first floor: Living/dining room with kitchenette; double bedroom; twin bedroom; large bathroom with shower/WC; covered terrace or balcony
   

• Ground Floor - 4-6 persons
  Living/dining room with kitchenette; double bedroom; two twin bedrooms; large bathroom with shower/WC; covered terrace. (No more than 2 children allowed in this apartment)

 

Parking is adjacent to the property. Distance to the centre 100 m, to a vary small local town beach 350 m, and to the long main beach 900 m (15-20 minutes walk).

Arrival/departure Saturdays, no pets, car parking available, gas/electricity/water incl., deposit €150, bed linen and towels, final clean incl, no heating, Laundrette at 200m. Beach service includes 2 deck chair and 1 umbrella per apartment, free of charge.

Please note that this property has a set of Pool Rules which which must be adhered to for the benefit of the tranquility of all guests. This includes swimming times of 09:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 as well as no diving or running around the pool and grounds, showering before using the pool and so on. Making a booking means acceptance of these rules.
