Since the XIII Century, artisans in Amalfi have pursued the ancient art of producing hand made paper, for which the city has long been famous. In those ancient times Casa Langiola was the building where the paper used to be dried.

Today, the interior of the building has been totally restored and transformed into a wonderful, modern apartment. Only the building’s exterior remains as it was centuries ago when Amalfi was a great Sea Republic.

Casa Langiola is located along the main road of Amalfi only 250mt from the main square and the cathedral . It is a very comfortable apt and it has a very large terrace shared with another apt which is in the same building.  The apt is reachable climbing only few steps from the main road (about 50).

The apartment Langiola is composed of 2 levels:

Parking in the Neapolitan Riviera can be extremely difficult on and around the following periods: Easter, 25th April, 1st May, July, August, Christmas and New Year.

If you intend travelling during these periods to a property which mentions roadside parking then we highly recommend using a limousine service on the arrival and departure days (see below). During your stay we recommend you use the public transport system which is cheap and efficient. Public transport is also recommended during your stay even if your property has off road parking.
