This apartment is conveniently situated within a short walk from the village centre of Ravello , in a most serene and tranquil location, having spectacular views of the sea. This is a great location to spend a holiday away from the crowds and still be close to the village centre and its cultural highlights. A car is suggested but not essential and free roadside parking is available on the road above. From here, some 50 shallow steps lead down to the accommodation.

The interiors are extremely bright and airy; it has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished with a mixture of traditional, elegant and modern furniture and fittings, all to an excellent standard to offer comfortable holiday accommodation. A shaded balcony, exposed to the sun, runs the length of the apartment. This offers frontal views over terraced lemon groves and vineyards stretching away towards the towns of Minori and Maiori below, and further to the the distant blue sea.

Sleeps 4+1, 15 sm balcony. Entrance into a corridor. On the corridor’s left side is a double bedroom (bed size 1,30 x 1,80m) with traditional furniture, window with views over vineyards and lemon groves and en-suite, ceramic tiled bathroom with wall mounted shower, WC etc. Along the corridor are a nice twin bedroom ( bed sizes 0,80 x 1,80m) and a further single bedroom with a convertible sofa bed , each having exits to the terrace. Both rooms share the adjacent bathroom with tub with handheld shower, WC etc.

From the other end of the corridor is a spacious sitting/dining room with a very solid wood dining table for 6 and sideboards, TV (Italian channels only) and 2 sofas . It is a very airy apartmnet due to wall-to-wall glass sliding doors which lead onto the balcony and offer gorgeous views over the sea and the coast below. Separate Kitchen furnished in a modern blue Mediterranean style with 4 gas rings burner, electric oven , 2 sinks, fridge/freezer , toaster, kettle, dishwasher and a very pretty decorated glass window opening into the dining room. Service room with washing machine and laundry sink.

The house is 1.5 kms from the main square Piazza Vescovado but a short walk takes you into the small Piazza Fontana which has a bar, a restaurant and 2 groceries shops for immediate provisions. Otherwise shops for every purpose, restaurants and pizzerias, etc, are a further 5 minutes walking. Amalfi and the beaches are just a bus-ride away (20 min.). The blue SITA buses leaving every hour at the entrance to the tunnel outside the Garden Hotel. Amalfi 7 Km , Minori 8 Km, Positano 24 Km , Salerno 29 Km, Sorrento 39 Km From Amalfi, boats and hydrofoils travel between Positano, Sorrento, Capri and Salerno. The services to Napoli and Ischia operate only during the busy Summer season. Salerno train station is 29 km away.
