- Take A3 to Lamezia Terme turnoff, follow signs to SS18 in the direction of Reggio Calabria
- At Km 378, turn left in direction of Palazzo, then left for 1 km
- At stop light turn left - go 200 meters to farm gate
From the South
- On A3, take the Pizzo exit, follow signs to the SS18 to the airport (about 16 km).
- At Km 378, turn left in direction of Palazzo, then go left and drive for 1 km
- At stop light turn left - go 200 meters to farm gate
From Catanzaro (east)
- Take Palazzo exit (Lamezia South) and after the tree bridges.
- After the last one go straight 1 km turn left
- At the STOP signal turn again on left, then 200 meters on to the farm gate

Ideally located in central Calabria a few
kilometers from the airport and train station at
Lamezia Terme, the Agriturismo La Trigna is also
within easy reach of the Tyrrhenian Sea to the
west and the Ionian Sea to the east, so it is a
great place to establish a base camp from which
to make excursions in all directions.
La
Trigna is the still fully functioning farm of a
well known and highly accomplished members of a
local family, the La Ferla's, who have - and
continue to lavish - considerable time and
attention on the property to make it comfortable
to guests from all over the world. “Two
minutes from World...light years from stress” summarizes
the spirit of their farm.
There are now 12 different types of
accommodation arranged around a central
courtyard. With over 25 beds, the
agriturismo can accommodate from 1 to 6 people
depending on the room, suite or independent unit
that is reserved. Guests have access to a
pool, spa and informal dining room.
In
addition to hosting travelers, the La Ferla
family has also created a "Farm School" where
local school children can get their hands dirty
experiencing daily life on the farm. |
