Directions:
By plane: The Lamezia Terme Airport is about 40 minutes from Scigliano. By train: It takes about an hour from Cosenza to Scigliano. It is a very nice journey through green valleys.
By car: Motorway A3 Salerno-Reggio Calabria, exit Altilia-Grimaldi. You have to go on to Pedivigliano (there is a petrol station Esso on the right side) and to Scigliano, that is 10 minutes from the motorway exit ‘Altilia’. Our B&B is the family Ripoli’s house, in the part of the village called ‘Diano’, close to the San Giuseppe’s church.

The B&B Calabria is located in Scigliano and has
a beautiful view over the valley and of a 15th
century monastery. The village Scigliano, at
around 600 m. above sea level, is situated
between the national Park ‘Sila’ and the
Tyrrhenian Sea.
It has a central geographic position from where
you can reach and visit many interesting places
each in half an hour or one hour. The
building in which the B&B is situated, which was
built around 1800, is connected with the old
part of the village called ‘Diano’.
From 1934 till 1993 the Ripoli’ family bakery,
which served the people of the local area, was
situated on the ground floor of the building.
In our flower-bedecked terrace visitors can
enjoy breakfast and enjoy the incredible
view of the Sila mountains and valleys. In our
green garden it is possible to relax and enjoy
the nature.
