The Villa Eco, accessible by car through a lockable gate,  is situated on a spectacular location along the Costa di Maratea near the small town of Cersuta.  The Villa sits on a hill 40 meters above sea level, and is immersed in a splendid pinewood with jaw-dropping views of the Golfo di Policastro.  On a clear day, from the long sunny terrace, guests can see the island of volcanic Mount Stromboli 200 kilometers to the south.  A simple and small family chapel sits adjacent to the villa.

The Apartment Ersilia, which can accommodate up to 5 people, occupies part of the first and second floor

Guests are invited to descend to the sea on foot to a private beach area for sun, snorkeling and swimming.

The village of Cersuta, where one finds the Da Cesare restaurant featuring a menu of local cuisine, is a short 15 minute walk from the Village.  A shopping area can be found in Fiumicello a little further on.  The beautiful old town of Maratea and Maratea Marina, which offers docking facilities, are 6 kilometers and 8 kilometers to the south respectively.  Even further south, guests will enter the region of Calabria, where they can visit the seaside towns of Tortora, Praia A Mare, Scalea, Diamante and many others.
